A note from the RROTC Board of Directors 

The Rob Roy on the Creek Board of Directors recognizes that our community sits within one of the highest wildfire-risk areas in Western Travis County. With the combination of dense Hill Country vegetation, prolonged dry conditions, and steep terrain, proactive wildfire mitigation is essential to protecting our homes, our natural environment, and our community’s safety. We are committed to promoting wildfire awareness, encouraging residents to take preventative actions, and supporting evidence-based mitigation efforts such as vegetation management, defensible-space practices, and collaboration with local fire authorities. Together, through shared responsibility and preparedness, we can reduce our community’s wildfire vulnerability and enhance resilience for the future.
